Advising a real estate development company on the legal structuring, documentation, and regulatory compliance for a ₦7 billion private placement bond programme, including a ₦2 billion Series 1 issuance. Our work included drafting the Trust Deed, Deed of Guarantee, Deed of Undertaking, subscription documentation, and issuing a legal opinion to investors and the trustee.
