Simisola Oso is a seasoned corporate and finance lawyer with over a decade of experience spanning the legal and investment banking sectors. Her career began at JPMorgan Chase and Goldman Sachs, after which she joined Templars, one of Nigeria’s leading banking and finance law firms.

Simi has advised on several high-profile cross-border transactions, including project finance, private equity, capital markets, and general corporate mandates. Notably, she was part of the legal team that advised on a landmark US$800 million high-yield Eurobond issuance — the largest ever by an African-based issuer at the time.

Her clientele includes banks, financial institutions, sovereign wealth funds, listed companies, government agencies, SMEs, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).
